A court in Delhi has refused to order a stay on the release of the film Nyaay: The Justice, which is based on the life of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The film was made by Vikas Productions and was released on an OTT platform in June 2021, a year after Rajput's death. Sushant's father had filed a petition asking for a stay on the release of the movie. The court has rejected the plea and directed the family to file a damages claim if they feel the film will damage them.
